The reference book for this piecing technique is "Pineapple Quilt: A Piece of Cake", by Loretta Smith. This book is copyrighted so if you have or can obtain a copy do so. It is a great book and will not be expensive if you can find it. It was published in 1989. We will use the piecing technique in the class and I will thoroughly demonstrate it. You should have no trouble even if you cannot find a copy of the book.
