Curves Ahead!

Materials and Cutting Instructions:

Two colors of fabrics to work with: one light and one medium to dark. A fat quarter of each would be enough to meake the small wall quilt. You will also need another fat quarter for a background. But I would bring at least a yard each if there are two fabrics you really like because I began to play with this idea and, using a Churn Dash block, I've made a wall quilt I just adore! I used a batik and solid black, but I used all the fabric I had so can't make it any bigger than what it is!

We'll make Jacob's Ladder blocks in class but there are so many more possibilities to make with these gentle curved blocks. Come to class with at least two 3¾" strips cut of each fabric. You can use some fabric you already have if you just want to learn the technique.
